PRODUCT OVERVIEW
A closer look.
Dutroflex electrical corrugated pipe is a flexible PVC conduit made by the Dutron Group of Ahmedabad. It is made by extrusion, with corrugations around the pipe that give strength while keeping it flexible. Dutron says it is very flexible, light and has good electrical resistance. It is a replacement for corrugated steel pipe and rigid PVC conduit. Because it bends by hand, it is quick to route through false ceilings, around beams, inside panels and to light points, with fewer fittings. Dutron lists nominal sizes from 16 mm to 50 mm, in coils of 50 m (16 and 20 mm) and 30 m (25 to 50 mm), in grey, black and white. Adaptors are available for end connections.
